Dahhan Studio uses the information you share to discuss your enquiry and provide the services you request. Contact hellodahhans@gmail.com with questions about your information.
What you share with us
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and project description. You may also share your business name, the type of website you need and a package preference. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the form.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond, discuss your project, prepare a quote and carry out agreed work. Enquiry handling may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Services involved
The form sends your details to Netlify Forms, which stores submissions for the studio to review. Read the Netlify privacy policy for information about their handling of data. Our email and hosting providers also process information needed to provide their services. These providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable arrangements.
WhatsApp and email links open the service you choose. If you select the form’s WhatsApp or email option, the details you entered are included in a draft message, which you can review before sending. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Cookies and website data
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or non-essential cookies. Fonts and images are hosted with the site. The hosting provider may process technical request logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.
Keeping information
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond, deliver the work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us about the information we hold or request deletion where applicable.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your information, and to request a portable copy. Contact the studio to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
